CEO MESSAGE
After my first ``Current Status Briefing Session'' as a company’s President, the President of one of our business partners told me, ``You're pushing yourself too hard (by laughing), Don't be hurry.” I was told, ``Take your time.'' When we held a large exhibition at Marina City, the Managing Director of our client said, he gave me a big encouragement, saying, ``I will do my best to support President Takayuki!'' I was so happy that I hid from others and burst into tears. Today, as I spend time with you all, I am fondly remembering. As a company’s President on its 50th anniversary, I am humbled by the weight of my responsibility for the future. At Kinan, people (employees or staff) grow. We believe that growth is the key to corporate growth and we have focused our efforts on human resource development. Our strength relies on our employees themselves. I am confident. Currently, Kinan is existed as a ``Construction Equipment Rental Company'' but from now on, we have diverged from this and become a “Comprehensive Construction Site Company” that can provide advices and services for everything related to construction sites. Together with our employees, we would like to establish our position (company status) in the society as a "coordination company." I would like to express my gratitude to not only our customers but also our business partners, such as manufacturers, suppliers, and financial institutions. That’s all. Of course, Kinan would not have survived for 50 years without the patronage of our customers, and we appreciate your continued support. Without your support and cooperation, we would not be able to help our customers. That's why, including our customers, as such, we hope that everyone involved with Kinan will feel glad to have worked with Kinan. I will return the favor. HISTORY
Thanks to you, 50th anniversary
"Kinan Co., Ltd. was founded in the Kumano region of the Kii Peninsula and celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2024, thanks to the understanding of the local community and the support of our customers. We have a magnificent natural environment and a long history that has been registered as a World Heritage Site. In order to convey the charm of Kii and Kumano to the fullest, we have held the international bicycle race "Tour de Kumano" for nearly 25 years in close contact with the local community, and we are working on regional revitalization through cycling and promoting the appeal of bicycles. I have contributed to our company, which started out as a sales and repair business for civil engineering and construction machinery, now has a nationwide network and is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year by establishing a local subsidiary in Thailand, its second country after Myanmar, and supervising new overseas bases. We were able to establish an overseas business division, and it is growing into a company that is active internationally. In recent years, as the need for ICT construction has accelerated, the rental industry has been required to shift from traditional hardware rental to a consulting role. We are working hard to take the lead in acquiring knowledge and technology, and providing know-how to our customers.
Our business partners have sometimes scolded us and, at other times, they kindly and warmly
nurtured us. We are where we are today. Thanks to the manufacturers, suppliers, financial
institutions, and others who provide us with machines and information. We will continue to grow
without slowing down with the support and cooperation of everyone, based on a "hands-on
approach" and a challenging spirit of looking 5 or 10 years into the future and taking action as
soon as we have an idea."

create a feeling of ``I'm glad it's Kinan.''
