We, Kinan Group Co., Ltd., are a company that has been operating the construction machinery rental business in Myanmar for over eight years. Throughout our history, we have been involved in projects for many Japanese and local companies, and have worked hard to provide high-quality services and develop outstanding machine operators.

Based on our experience and achievements, we are moving forward with a new business in which we send excellent machine operators and machine repair engineers trained in Myanmar to Japan. This is part of our vision, with the aim of resolving the recent shortage of human resources among Japanese companies, and we see it as part of our efforts to cooperate with the companies we accept and achieve growth.

Our operators and engineers have the technical skills and expertise, and at the same time understand the importance of work safety and teamwork in line with the ideas of Japanese companies. They are passionate about working under difficult conditions and delivering the best possible results.

In April 2023, we opened Orion Kinan Japanese Language School as a facility for skilled operators and engineers to learn Japanese.We started with 55 first-year students, including Myanmar Kinan staff as well as students recruited from the general public. I cut it. For students from the general public, we also have an internship program at Myanmar Kinan where they can learn about Japanese workplaces and technology.

At the end of December 2023, five Myanmar nationals who learned Japanese at Orion Kinan will travel to Japan as technical intern trainees and highly skilled human resources, and have been working at various companies since January 2024.

In January 2024, we also conducted a tour from Japan to inspect Myanmar and recruit foreign human resources for the purpose of recruiting human resources from Myanmar. We visited Myanmar Kinan and Orion Kinan’s facilities, interviewed them on-site, and hired Orion Kinan students as technical interns. We also plan to continue this tour on a regular basis.
